SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

COLOMBIA ESSENCE S.A.S.

Definitions

For the purposes of this policy, SUPPLIER or SELLER shall mean the natural or legal person who offers products through the marketplace operated by COLOMBIA ESSENCE S.A.S.

1. Order Processing

Once the payment for the order has been confirmed and validated, COLOMBIA ESSENCE S.A.S. will proceed to process the order within an estimated period of one (1) to three (3) business days.

Order processing includes payment verification, product preparation, packaging, and delivery to the corresponding logistics operator.

During high-demand seasons, special promotions, or extraordinary events, processing times may be reasonably extended.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Once the order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: between three (3) and eight (8) business days.
  • International shipments: between eight (8) and fifteen (15) business days, depending on the destination country.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs processes, weather conditions, logistical congestion, or government restrictions.

3. International Shipments, Taxes, and Customs

When an order is placed from a country other than Colombia, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the shipment may be subject to inspections or controls by the customs authorities of the destination country.

Taxes, tariffs, fees, or other additional charges may apply that are not included in the amount paid to COLOMBIA ESSENCE S.A.S. Such charges shall be borne exclusively by the customer in accordance with the legislation of the destination country.

4. Responsibility for Delivery

COLOMBIA ESSENCE S.A.S. fulfills its shipping obligation by managing the delivery of the order to the corresponding logistics operator.

It will not be responsible for delays arising from customs processes, regulatory inspections, logistical congestion, decisions by government authorities, or situations beyond its reasonable control.

5. Shipping Information

The customer is responsible for providing complete, correct, and up-to-date information when making a purchase. COLOMBIA ESSENCE S.A.S. will not be responsible if the provided address is incorrect or incomplete.

6. Logistics Operators

Shipments may be made through international logistics operators, including DHL or other authorized carriers.

7. Lost Orders

When a customer reports the possible loss of a shipment, COLOMBIA ESSENCE S.A.S. will initiate a verification with the corresponding logistics operator.

Should the logistics operator confirm the loss of the package during transit, COLOMBIA ESSENCE S.A.S. will proceed to coordinate with the seller to send a new product or manage the corresponding refund.

8. Products Subject to International Regulations

The customer is responsible for verifying that the purchased products comply with the regulations, restrictions, or import requirements of the destination country. This includes, among others, food, beverages, supplements, cosmetics, or natural products.

COLOMBIA ESSENCE S.A.S. will not be responsible for customs retentions, seizures, import rejections, or destruction of products by regulatory authorities.

9. Force Majeure

COLOMBIA ESSENCE S.A.S. will not be responsible for delays or non-compliance resulting from circumstances of fortuitous event or force majeure, including natural disasters, health emergencies, labor disputes, or government restrictions.

11. Acceptance of Policy

By making a purchase on the COLOMBIA ESSENCE S.A.S. platform, the customer declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted this Shipping and Delivery Policy.
